Long before Shawn became a Realtor, his family's story was already woven into the streets of Houston Heights. His great-grandparents settled in the Heights in the early 1900s, and multiple generations of the Taylor family lived, worked, and raised families here.

His grandfather served in the Dental Corps during World War II, and his family roots stretch from Nicholson Street to Harvard Street and beyond throughout the neighborhood.

Growing up surrounded by the history, architecture, and character of the Heights created a deep appreciation for the community that would later become the foundation of his real estate career.

After more than 25 years in real estate, Shawn and his team have helped hundreds of Houston families buy and sell homes while building a reputation for solving problems, navigating complex transactions, and protecting their clients' financial interests.

What started as one agent helping neighbors has grown into one of Houston's top-performing real estate teams.

Today, the Shawn Manderscheid Team specializes in Houston Heights, Garden Oaks, Oak Forest, Timbergrove, Shady Acres, and surrounding Inner Loop neighborhoods.
